Subject: Payment of 1% Annual Fees

Sir,
I am directed to invite a reference to this office Circular No.3-TR(57)/98 dated 21.7.1998 and Training Circular No.2 of 2001 dated 10.5.2001 wherein we have requested payment of Annual fee for hte period from 1.8.1998 to 31.3.1999 and there after from 1st April to 31st March for the subsequent period, before 31st May, of every year. It is regretted to note that this Directorate have not received the 1% annual fees from many of the institutes. It may be further stated that as per the Circular, the institutes have to pay 18% penal fee for late payment. You are therefore, requested to send the information in the format about the payment of annual fee sent to this office for the period form 01.08.1998 to 31.03.2003 in the enclosed proforma before 10.12.2003.
