1. With reference to the issue of CDC, the Director General of Shipping & ex-officio Addl. Secretary to the Govt. of India hereby directs all Shipping Masters to ensure that no application for CDC shall be pending for more than one month from the date of its receipt.
2. A column indicating pendencies for more than one month are to be shown separately in the monthly report alongwith reasons and justifications for delay.
The above directions are to be complied with and monthly report to be submitted accordingly.
